LCWSC Strategic Plan

At the August 27, 2024 Board of Commissioners meeting, the LCWSC adopted our new strategic plan. This allowed us to have a road map for the future of our organization. The process took several months and included meetings with various employee and stakeholder groups. We are proud of the finished product and excited to have this document to help us focus toward the future of LCWSC and Laurens County!
